Finally a new theme out after taking a sabbatical from making themes due to work commitments.
I have a few concepts for themes in mind for some time now and some are already in the works. Will be churning out a few backlogs as well as updating some of the older themes.
As some of you already knew, James, our forum administrator had work tirelessly to upgrade purelab’s forum and the new “purelab community” page is now ready for action. I strongly urge you to join the forum for some active discussions; blackberry or casual chat up.

Important Notes:
1) I am in Singapore and is on +8 GMT which is about 12 hours ahead of US/Canada.
2) I appreciate feedback and comments but please refrain from asking for customization unless the theme has a global problem.
3) Theme for 9000, 9630 & 9700 are tested on simulators only.
4) Kindly do a battery pull after installation of the theme and ensure that you do not have any unread messages before you do that.

Thanks for your compliment. As for your request to have it on the 4.6 OS, I will see if it is too much work to port it over. No promises though as porting it might means starting over on the old builder.
Moving up to OS 5 is recommended though for some of the neat features and of course, all new themes are build for that.

I have checked and ask some of the users on the issues you mentioned but have ascertained that they are working fine. If it is still not working for you, you might want to delete the theme and install again.

This theme is very nice for me but i have some question about weather on home screen that what application weather this can show to this home screen. And now i use weathereye this cannot show or i miss something..
i can’t install this theme because i need also the .jar file. where can i find it???

Well instead of waiting to see if this would get released for 4.6 I upgraded to OS5…and this theme is AMAZING. I love the transitions! Visually stunning, this theme makes my bb look like NEXT year’s model! And it’s very quick too, it doesn’t make the device lag at all. This theme will be staying installed for a long time. Thank you for all your hard work on this, Jason. Please keep the good stuff coming.

Hey man, just wanted to say great job on the theme, I’m loving it! I just wanted to ask where you got that thermometer from? Like the thing that says 28 under the time, I’m assuming that’s the temperature and not something else. Thanks.
Hi, I keep getting an error msg when I try to open the browser in this theme. I have tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it, but it still happens. The error is Uncaught Exception: java.lang.illegaargumentexceptiom. Thanks

The thermostat is the notification icon feature in the paid version of berryweather. You have to purchase it to enjoy the function.

You will need to download the theme directly from your blackberry browser and not on your computer for it to work.

executive do not have a specific weather slot, and the thermostat I am using is from the paid version of berryweather. You are not missing anything though.

Just wanted to say that I LOVE YOUR EXECUTIVE theme! Very sleek, minimalistic
and aerodynamic! I was just wondering, though, about a few things:
1. Looks like there’s a thermometer on the top portion of the screen when you hit
the BlackBerry button. How can I get that?
2. I was wondering what the coffee icon stands for?
3. As for the three fixed icons, would I be able to manually change those?

u can answer your qns on jason’s behalf:
1. the thermometer comes from the paid version of BerryWeather.
2. the coffee icon indicates that u have an alarm set.
3. no u cannot change the fixed icons, hence, they are called fixed.

Similar problem as Amber – whenever I try to access the Browser, get a message (“Uncaught Exception: java.lang.Illegal.Argument.exception), my BB freezes and have to do a hard reset. Device OS is 5.0.0.592. Thought this was a problem with OS 5 (I updated recently) but other themes working fine.

I recently update my bb9000 software, but it update for version 4.6.0.0.282 (platform 4.0.0.235) and in the page you mention that I need v.5.
how do I get that version?
or better yet what is your comment on me to upload the pure.executive software.

OS.5 is widely available. You can do a quick search at crackberry or google it. It’s an awesome upgrade.
